AWA-TEA

Branding Package
Project Overview
This was a branding package built for a tea retailer——the request included a logo, colors, and thinking about both digital and print needs.
My Contributions
This client was starting from a blank canvas: the only thing they had in mind was that they wanted something clean and simple, but still elegant to speak to the teatime aspect of their products.
We started with a basic logo and a wordmark that would be used for smaller cases. This then expanded into colors and iconography to be used in the rest of the branding package, e.g. print and digital.
I then created typography guidelines: one was for general use, and the other was a system built for the packaging labels. The packaging labels take into account the type of packaging (boxes for teabags versus canisters for loose-leaf) as well as the length of the tea names, so in the future the client can easily create new labels for new teas.
Next came digital: I built a responsive landing page and the template to a product page that could be replicated across the different types of teas they had.
I also created business cards and designed bags for their in-person pop-up sales.
